Ricky has been leading RMC since 1993 and has over 35 years of professional surveying experience.  He has extensive acquaintance with project planning and quantity surveying practice in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland.  Ricky is a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers, The Chartered Institute of Building, and a Registered Professional Surveyor (QS).   He acts as an expert witness in litigation arbitration proceedings.  He is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
