Raymond has close to 30 years of experience in various construction projects from Consultant QS, Main Contractors, M&E Contractors, and Hotel Developers. He has substantial experience in handling all aspects of a variety of major building projects, from preparing plans/estimates to tendering; material procurement and work subletting; valuation of works in progress for both the Main Contract and the Sub-Contracts levels; liaison, analysis and preparation of contract variations, progress claims and delay claims; negotiation for settlement of final accounts. Raymond joined Rick’s Management Consultancy Ltd in 2012. He has provided QS/Claims consultancy services for measurement/valuation of works, preparation of final account, contract administration and claims assessments to our clients.
