Mr Hui is a professionally qualified Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in pre-contract and post-contract management in the construction and infrastructure industries, having worked as a main contractor and QS consultant for eight years. He graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a degree in Investment Science and then pursued postgraduate studies in University College of Estate Management.

He joined Rick’s Management Consultants Limited in 2023 as a Project Quantity Surveyor and performed well in handling/solving customer needs/issues in a short period of time.

He is good at leading the team to complete the assigned tasks. In 2024, he was promoted to quantity surveying manager within a year. He has handled a variety of projects, providing post-contract services to general contractors or subcontractors in the areas of post-contract project management, insurance claims, contract claims, project analysis, settlements, contract terminations, etc.
