Mr. Ray Chan has 20 years of all-round administrative and project management experience, with experience in administrative planning, budgeting and execution in small and medium enterprises, non-governmental organizations and multinational corporations. ​Mr. Chan is skilled in event management and public speaking skills, and has in-depth expertise in government, public and private sector communications and community engagement projects.

Mr. Chan has completed the Professional Integrated Mediator Training Course (pending accreditation) and provides mediation services to assist clients in handling commercial claims and disputes.
