許先生是一位具備專業資格的工料量測師，在建築和基礎設施行業的契約前和契約後管理方面擁有紮實的背景，曾擔任總承包商和QS顧問八年。他畢業於香港理工大學，獲得投資科學學位，然後在大學物業管理學院攻讀工料量測專業的研究生。

他於2023年加入歷新管理顧問有限公司，擔任工料量測師，在短期內處理/解决客戶需求/問題方面表現出色。

He is good at leading the team to complete the assigned tasks. In 2024, he was promoted to Quantity Surveying Manager within a year. He has handled a variety of projects, providing post-contract services to general contractors or subcontractors in the areas of post-contract project management, insurance claims, contract claims, project analysis, settlements, contract terminations, etc.
